Returns and replacements are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Customers must report any such issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us with proper proof (images or video of the product).
After reviewing your request, our team will approve the return or replacement if eligible.

The actual product color or appearance may slightly vary from the images shown due to lighting, display settings, or supplier differences.
Once the return is approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a few working days after approval.
Important Return Guidelines:
To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This video is required as proof in case the product is received damaged or defective.
Return or replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Please ensure that the video clearly shows:
- The sealed package before opening
- The unboxing process
- The condition of the product
Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling or misuse.
